Эту историю мне рассказала адвокат из Пятигорска Анна Погосян. Она представляла в суде интересы семьи из Моздокского района Северной Осетии-Алании Серго и Инги Эприкян, потерявших в зоне СВО единственного сына Георгия.
Судились же они с невесткой (назовем ее условно Мариной), женой погибшего сына за право видеться и общаться со своей внучкой.
Георгий Эприкян участвовал в боевых действиях на Херсонском направлении. В ходе одного из боестолкновений 29 марта 2022 года Георгий, помогая боевому товарищу выбраться из горящего танка, получил смертельное ранение. До отправки в зону боевых действий он проходил срочную военную службу в Волгограде, где познакомился с девушкой, женился, у пары родилась дочь.
После гибели Георгия, жена и ребенок остались жить с его родителями, которые взяли на себя все заботы о внучке. На полученные от государства выплаты они приобрели благоустроенную квартиру для семьи сына, а также оплатили учебу невестки в вузе.
По прошествии некоторого времени Марина Эприкян заявила, что не может больше жить «под присмотром» свекра и свекрови и хотела бы вернуться домой в Волгоград. Дедушка и бабушка, не чаявшие души во внучке, всячески пытались отговорить невестку от отъезда. Кончилось это тем, что невестка позвонила в полицию и сообщила, что Эприкяны пытаются отнять у нее ребенка. Полиция приехали на вызов, но оснований для возбуждений уголовного дела не нашли.
После этого невестка с ребенком уехала по месту прежнего жительства. Супруги Эприкян обратились в суд с иском об определении порядка общения с ребенком.
Невестка очень этого не хотела, и даже наняла адвоката, чтобы добиться отказа в удовлетворении иска. Адвокат невестки настаивала на том, что та не обязана показывать им внучку, но при этом бабушка и дедушка обязаны содержать ее до достижения совершеннолетия. Суд удовлетворил иск, установив определенные дни для общения бабушки и дедушки с внучкой по месту ее проживания, а после трех лет разрешил брать ее к себе на побывку.
Решение суда невестка обжаловала в вышестоящую инстанцию. В жалобе речь шла о том, что дедушка с бабушкой уклоняются от содержания ребенка, хотя это не соответствовало действительности. Одновременно она подала исковое заявление в районный суд о взыскании с родителей погибшего мужа алиментов в фиксированной сумме на содержание ребенка.
Все иски Марины суды оставили без удовлетворения. Но история на этом не закончилась.

Спустя немного времени экс-невестка явилась к свекру со свекровью и как ни в чем не бывало поселилась в приобретенной ими на выплаты за погибшего сына квартире. Адвокат говорит, что Марина призналась, потому что ей известно, что тот факт, что ребенок не от Георгия, не лишает ее права претендовать на квартиру, приобретенную на выплаты за погибшего.
